Nest Thermostat did not go back after rush hour

After a Rush Hour, my thermostat failed to go back to the settings I had placed it at manually.

I do not have home/away set up, nor do I have a schedule set.

Please help, the Google CS rep I'm chatting with is incompetent.

What the heads is a thermostat “rush hour”?

@greeneyedgirl12 , since you signed up for Rush Hour with your energy company, you will need to define a “normal” heat schedule and a “normal” cool schedule.  If the is no schedule defined, the rush hour ends and leaves the settings at the rush hour set point.
