My thermostat lost power and wifi, and when power returned, the thermostat didn't recognise the PIN that had been working fine until then. When I go into the app and press the settings icon in the top right corner, the only information displayed is under 'About' (and the lines are: Equipment, Technical Info and Your Data). The only option I'm given is 'Remove thermostat' and not anything about resetting the PIN. Can anyone help ?
