I have changed my phone, opened nest app and logged in usual way but thermostat not showing. Help appreciated.

The only time I have seen this is when the email ID you logged in with is different than the email ID you originally used to set up the thermostat.

Thanks for reaching out to us, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. Let's sort this out.
Can you try to log out from the Nest app? Tap Settings, choose Account, then select Sign out. Once signed out, select Sign in with Nest, enter your email address and password, then tap Sign in.
