Can't tell if HVAC is compatible with Nest

Hi all,

Apologies for my ignorance, but I can't tell if my system is compatible with Nest based on the compatibility questions. 

Hopefully this picture of my system is enough for someone to tell if it's compatible or not. Thank you in advance for your help!

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats. Fortunately, your thermostat wires are compatible with our Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation and Nest Thermostat E and should be wired to their base as follows:

• Yellow wire to Y1
• Green wire to G
• White wire to W1
• Red wire to R or RH or RC (excluding the jumper wire)

Also, here's a guide for the installation and setup of a Nest Learning Thermostat and Nest Thermostat E.
