Can’t turn off fan or ego one my nest E thermostat

I can’t turn off my fan on my Nest E thermostat nor can I stop the eco From running constantly they won’t turn off either one. No matter what I said it on either heating or cooling the fan runs constantly even when it’s on an off position. Don’t want the fan or the ego running I only wanted to come on when I change the temperature on the thermostat. Why can I control the thermostat?

A little more information is needed.  Did you set a Fan Schedule accidentally? Can you pop the nest thermostat off the wall plate, take a picture of the wall plate and wires? Did you set the system type correctly? Heat Pump, Gas, forced air AC. Etc.
