QR code for sensor does not work so cannot add sensor to the app....suggestions on how to do it...everything else is great

Hey! If the QR code isn’t working, try adding the sensor manually — most apps have an option like “Add device manually” or “Enter code manually” near the scan screen. You can usually find the code printed on the device or in the box.
Also, make sure your camera lens is clean and there’s good lighting when scanning — sometimes it’s just a focus issue. If that doesn’t help, restarting the app or reinstalling it can sometimes fix QR scan bugs.

One other reason could be if you are in the EU/UK, as they will not work.
