Hello. Trying to add my products to the nest app and it cannot connect and I get error TD 030. Phone and thermostat at both on same network, near network, reset and update nest, tried scanning QR code as well as manually added serial number, etc. and still no connection. Very frustrating. I have 4 Nests in my home and cannot get any to work. Please help!

Since you are having problems with four different Google Nest devices that you are apparently trying to reinstall, you may have several different issues and should perhaps consider contacting Support (https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp) so you can walk through the details of the different issues.
