Cannot reset password for thermostat

Cannot reset password.  Cannot locate a phone number for customer service.  Already tried resetting password with a code but still doesn't work

Hello Mperna,

We understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate the effort you've tried finding a fix accessing your Nest Account. To isolate:

• What's the make and model of phone you're using?
• Are you having an issue signing in on the Nest App or Google Home App?

Give these steps a whirl:

1. Uninstall and reinstall the Nest App.
2. Try using different mobile device to sign in and forgot password and create new one.
3. Attempt to "Sign in with Nest" and "Sign in with Google".
4. Also, open any available web browser on your phone.
5. Then go to https://goo.gle/2qjvVSU and sign with the same email. 
6. If the same issue persist, try forgetting the password via web and create new one.
