Cant connect thermostat to google home app

Hi, I have a google thermostat, was working perfectly fine until a message of " reconnect to wifi " showed up. Tried to reconnect the device to wifi via the app by scanning the QR code an a " REQUEST FAILED, Your request could not be completed" message keeps showing up not letting me connect the device to the app or to the wifi. Then I reboot the thermostat and now the same happens... REQUEST FAILED, Your request could not be completed" 

Please help, now my A/C is not working

How do you have the Google Nest Thermostat wired? is a C wire connected?

ROCCA21, jumping in to ensure everything is good here. What specific thermostat do you have? Also, were there recent changes made on your thermostat, WiFi network, or your Nest account before this started happening?
