Change 2 stage heat initiation set point

Do any of the Nest Thermostats allow you to change the temperature differential between the thermostat temperature setting and how far the temperature is from that point such that second stage heating kicks in. If so, what Models allow for this and how do you access this setting?

By your comment I infer this is not changeable, so what is the difference from the set point that the Nest thermostat sends a signal calling for 2hd stage firing?
