Do you know what the two wires U1 U1 are going to?
Here is the manual for that Tstat and everything is compatible but you need to determine the U1 wires.

Do you have a humidifier or dehumidifier installed? The U1 and U2 terminals are used to control and accessory your system. If you do, only the Nest 3rd Gen Learning Thermostat will be compatible.
