Compatibility

Please see pic, if current configuration is compatible with Nest and what are the correct connections? not just YGR etc, a couple of others, not quite standard like the Nest,

You have 2 stage heat system and single stage AC.

So connect

white to W and

brown to OB*

red to R

yellow to Y

green to G

Then in the setup you have to tell it the kind of system you have, forced air heat and cooling.

Tell it to configure the OB* wire as 2nd stage heat

When you use the Google Nest Compatibility Checker, you can see that the */O/B connector is programable and can be programed to the W2. You must identify your wires as R, Y, G, W, and W2. Your system has two stages of heating. Here is the link to the Google Nest Compatibility Checker
