Thermostat says ‘connected’. But is not showing in iphone Nest App. Connected to wifi x2. Any tips?? When i try to do an ‘installation’. The settings doesnt offer a setup code ’

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Nest thermostat device that is connecting to the WiFi but not connecting to the Nest app. Don't worry, I can help. In this case, if you want to connect your thermostat to your account after you’ve completed installation and set up.
