My system has a y2 w2 G W C Y and a jumper R Rc with the wire in the RC slot. The nest only has 6 connections. Y C W G R *OB. Which unit should I buy?

The latest models of the Nest are the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Generation and the Nest E Learning Thermostat. Personally I use and install the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Generation. Your HVAC system has 2-stages of Heat and 2-stages of Cooling. The jumper wire between R and Rc will be ignored and not needed. The reason there are both is for the HVAC system that have separate heating and cooling systems. An example would be an oil fired burner heating water for baseboard or radiator heating and an central air conditioner.
Make sure the Nest Thermostat you choose supports 2-heating stages (W1 and W2) and 2-cooling stages (Y1 and Y2).

I would recommend buying a Nest Learning Thermostat. It has 10 terminals for wires.

Hi everyone,
Thanks for the assistance, @CoolingWizard and @Anonymous.
@Wbeauford, I'm checking in to make sure that you've seen the response above. I'd suggest using a Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation, which is the only thermostat compatible with your equipment. Also, have a look at this article and let us know if you need more help:
