If I go on vacation how do I set my thermostat at 1 temp to run all the time

It depends which model Nest thermostat you have. If you have a Learning or E model, set the Eco temperature to the vacation temperature you want, and then turn on Eco mode when you go on vacation. (As you're coming home, you'll want to turn off Eco mode several hours ahead of arrival so that the house warms up.) If on the other hand you have a Nest thermostat not Learning not E model, here are the instructions for a hold: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/10120172?hl=en
