Continuous Heating

Continuous heating. All display info is normal. Thermostat shows heating is 'off' but the boiler and radiators are active. Quick fix is just power off, no idea what else to try. It has occurred three times in the last couple of months

Hi there. I'm really sorry to hear that, but no worries I'll be more than happy to help you out. Could you please tell me if you have a combi or system boiler.

It's a system boiler, under 18 months old.

I tapped the wall unit yesterday to cease heat and water, then disconnected the thermostat and reconnected. It's behaving normally at the moment under thermostat control. Thanks for responding quickly

Hello Oanna, I believe another colleague or helper is still investigating,  I shared a screenshot of Nest installation and software technical stuff and await their response. Thanks for your follow up though, I appreciate all help
