We just moved into a house with Nest thermostat. I connected to the Nest app but the display reads, “Added to your account” use the Nest app to continue setting up your thermostat. But it looks like it is set up in my account.

A Learning thermostat. It seems to be working but now my app won’t work with it. My app says the device is off line, it was switched off on the device. When I check the device it is connected to WiFi.
