I've installed a few of these before no problem. I've never received the prompt that I need to get a professional to install.
Here's the existing wiring: https://imgur.com/a/uRUPFgI
I found this pro wiring guide: https://www.snapav.com/wcsstore/ExtendedSitesCatalogAssetStore/attachments/documents/SmartHome/Manua...
But I'm still stuck.
@Patrick_Caezza you were super knowledgable in another similar thread. Any thoughts before I hire a pro to do this?

@mikei2024 , the picture you have just posted with your response shows that you have a heating only system that happens to be a two-stage heating system. You do not have an air conditioner attached to that thermostat. So it’s a pretty straightforward installation and that you’re going to have a power source on the red wire attached to RH, a white wire attached to the W1, a yellow wire attached to W2, a green wire attached to G and a blue wire attached to B, which is your common. And finally you do not need a professional installer unless you’d like to get the free extra two years of a warranty.
