Do not buy Nest products from the Google Store

Buyers Beware!!!

I am totally shocked that Google has refused to refund a Nest thermostat after a Nest Pro had advised me that my HVAC system is not compatible with the nest thermostat just past the 30 day return window. 

Now I’m stuck with a thermostat I cannot use - thanks Google!

This is last time I will buy anything from the Google Store and regret not buying from Amazon or Best Buy.
