I'm having a error code on my thermostat says warning report no power to y1 wire detected learn more at nest.cam e80 I need someone to help me to go

You will usually see the E80 error code if your air conditioner has tripped a safety cut-out switch that prevents your air conditioner from turning on in very cold weather, or your system might need maintenance.
