1) Our nest been quite a while now not showing any energy history even we have use the heating.
2) Also now and then it will disconnect and we have to wait for the battery to totally run out in order to reset and reconnect. It has been quite an inconvenience as we will have no hot water for couple of days before it can be fix.
Please help us with both issues thanks!
