Hi @Mendoza 

Did you change your modem and router? So your WiFi has changed?

If so you need to change the Wifi on your Nest thermostat.
Please check THIS link for more information about changing the Wifi on the Thermostat.

The difficulty in Google Nest's process is that you need to remove the thermostat from the Google Home app or the Google Nest app while you are still on the old Wi-Fi.
