Compatible to use Nest Thermostat?

I have a two zone system. The Main Thermostat on the first floor and a secondary on the second floor

I can hear the main furnace kick on and it blows cool air but the outside AC condenser doesn't come on.

It appears my heat link has stopped working like quite a few others. How do i go about getting it replaced ?

Heatlink dead

Heatlink dead. No power anymore on 220v. Tried already everything. How to get a new one or repair?

My new Nest rakes FOREVER to get up to temp

and the air coming out of the vent is barely warm.
