Error H71 reported on app and thermostat display plus and no lights on heat link

Good morning,

Situation occurred yesterday 22nd November 2022.

No lights on heat link, boiler does not activate when button pressed.

Error reported on app H71 and on thermostat display H71.

No recent power cuts.

No recent service of electrical, plumbing or heating systems.

Fuse box has been checked; no breakers activated.

What are next steps to resolve this issue?

Hi @Marcas

If your heatlink does not show any kind of lights it probably is broken.

You should reach out to Google Nest Support to see what the possibilities are. 😊

Yes I did and received a replacement Heat Link which has resolved my issue.
