Error codes, code E294

Just installed  a Nest thermostat, received error code E294, any help?

Seen this somewhere, not sure if it makes sense to you:

SOLUTION: So basically, I had to add a C wire (even though no where did anything say for sure that that was what was needed), and then NOT TELL the Home SET-UP app that the C wire was there. So I hope this helps someone else, and saves that person many frustrating hours!

@Docirv, thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Google Nest Community. E294 means that you need to check wire configuration in the Google Home app. Please go through the suggested troubleshooting steps on this link: https://bit.ly/3qjt7Si
