I keep getting an error message when connecting my nest thermostat. The device will connect to my wifi, but won’t connect to my google home. I’ve reset the device and removed it from my google home account and completed the factory reset several times.  What else can I do to get my device to connect to my phone?

Hi there, 

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I'm terribly sorry to hear that you're having these troubles. I understand how upsetting this could be, but I'm happy to assist you with this obstacle. I would suggest that you first Restart your Thermostat or Factory Reset if you must, but always start with a Restart. That usually does the trick!
