I had to delete an issue but everything is wrong with this product. First of all when I go to set my temp range the heat goes down and the cooling goes up so now my heat is set at 67 and my cool is set at 72 okay that makes sense. Then, whenever I set ANYTHING on the thermostat it doesn’t stick. Like I’ll set it to 68 cool and I’ll close out of the thermostat on the app and it’ll go back to H67C72 and there’s no way to actually set anything because it just goes back to what it was. This is the stupidest thing ever. Don’t try to make something high tech if you don’t know how.
