Faulty thermostat

Jandroo

The battery on the thermostat appears to be faulty. Nest have said they will send a replacement once we return the old one AND pay £219.
The product is faulty and under warranty and by reading other posts we may not get our money back or a thermostat that works.

Oh dear another one!

You sound like you are in the UK? Take the thermostat back the retailer/installer. it's THEIR problem. Search the forum, I mention this time and time again!!

Hi Jandroo,

Thanks for reaching out here in the community! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the Nest thermostat that the battery isn't working as expected. I'd be happy to help with your concerns about the replacement process.

To better investigate the inconvenience, I'd like to ask the following:

  • What is the model of your Nest thermostat?
  • What is the RMA number for the order replacement?
  • Would you mind sharing your case ID?
  • Where are you located (USA or UK)?

Please feel free to share any additional details that might be helpful to assist you efficiently.

Best regards,

Jenniffer
