Forgot my pin and removed device from system now i cant do anything or hard reset

I deleted thermostat before I unlocked device with pin . Now I can't access .oh and forgot pin can't do hard reset

The Nest Thermostat is still available on the google cloud. Just reinstall the app and use the same email ID and password it was originally setup with and you can then simply re-add the thermostat and use the app to unlock the thermostat.  Once you unlock the thermostat using the app, you can reset the thermostat if desired.
