Gen 3 Nest not recharging w/ normal power readings

I have Gen 3 Nest Learning Thermostat that has suddenly stopped charging on its own and keeps disconnecting and shutting down. The power readings are at expected levels (no c wire).

I'm having the same thing. Just started a few hours ago but just says "offline." No troubleshooting helping

When you check the power what is the value of LIN?

40ma way way to low to charge the battery. Do have a C wire attached?
