Gen 3 heat link no power

Ango31
Community Member

My Heat Link suddenly stopped working, can't be turned on, no power light at all. I've tried to reset it by pressing and holding a button for 10, and 20 seconds but it didn't help. I've checked wiring connections, everything seems to be like it should. There is power on both 240V wires.

Any suggestions?

Hey @Ango31,

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but I'll help you sort this out. Please tell me if you've tried to power cycle the Heat Link and if you tried to put it on Manual Mode afterwards to see if the boiler will activate.
