Getting my nest connected back to my iPhone

I woke up to find my iPhone was connected to my downstairs Nest but the upstairs said OFFLINE. The AC was running and is connected to the network. I reset it and still can not get it connected to my phone.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Google Nest Community.

I'd like to jump in here and check how your Nest Thermostat is doing. If you're still having the same issue, let's go ahead and figure out what's going on.

After you try the complete factory data reset of your Nest Thermostat, were you able to restart your Wi-Fi router as well? By doing so will refresh the connection to all of your devices including the thermostat.
