Google Assistant Command Issue

I’m experiencing an issue other users have reported. Google Assistant speaker is no longer accepting commands for the Nest Thermostat. It repeats “the Nest Thermostat doesn’t support that functionality” after asking the temperature to be set to… This just started happening about a month ago. I’ve synced my devices and I’ve restarted the Nest Thermostat and no luck.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues controlling your Nest Thermostats using your Google Home speakers. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.
 

Please make sure that the thermostat and the Google speaker are connected to the same Wi-Fi connection. Are other commands work with your Google Home speakers? Please try to control Google Nest or Home devices by voice with its sample commands.
