I have 3, 3rd gen Thermostats. Recently Google replaced one due to wifi issues. The new thermostat shows up in Google Home App, but the only functions are manually adjusting the temperatures. I have no access to the dashboard, no access to any of the settings on the thermostat. I can’t find anywhere that explains this. I had no issues with the initial installation of the 3 thermostats, and have many with this one.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues controlling your thermostat in the Google Home app. I'd love to help.
Please make sure that the Google Home app is up to date. Try uninstalling and reinstalling it and signing in with the same email account associated with the thermostat. Also, restart the thermostat to refresh its connection.
