Hello
i had a nest system fitted about 14 months ago and a while back the thermostat message read that it could not link to heat link. I had the link checked by an electrician who has said whilst there is power at link the unit is not showing any lights or connection. He reckons it should be replaced. How can I obtain a replacement white heat link unit?
thanks

Hi @Liam.
I am sorry to hear you're facing this behavior with your thermostat.
If you or the electrician did not try already, power cycle the Heat Link by turning off the power to it for a few minutes and then turn it back on. See if it has any reaction after when you press the button on it.
Regards,
AlexD

I have a similar problem. Error code H72. I have turned the power off and on and looked for loose wires or blown fuses but it all looks ok.

Hey @Liam and @elefriend1,
I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the Heat Link, but I'll help you sort this out.
If you have not already make sure to double check all breakers and switches to make sure nothing has tripped. Also check the boiler as it can have a separate isolation switch sometimes. Confirm the boiler has power, it should have a LED or display that turns on.
If it all looks good try and power cycle the Heat Link, if you're comfortable in doing so. Turn the power off to the Heat Link for a few minutes and then turn it back on. See if it has any reaction when you press the button on it after.
