Does anyone know how I get someone at Google Support to get in touch. I am now over a week without heating. I have exchanged messages via Facebook Messenger to troubleshoot the problem without success. They eventually gave me a job case reference number and said someone senior would get in touch. I have messaged so many times to get someone to respond but they are ignoring my messages

This is the first message I have seen on here from you. Can you please tell me what steps you have taken to identify the root cause of your lack of heating? You set the tags for Nest Learning Thermostat Gen-3 and WiFi and Connectivity issues.

I have contacted Google through Facebook Messenger and have been given a case reference. My Heatlink has power going in but none coming out. I have tried everything to get it to connect to the thermostat so it’s clear it is connected to the problem with no power coming out of the heatlink
