Google Nest Thermostat compatibility with Williams P322016

Hi I'm wondering if the Nest thermostat is compatible with my wall heater. My wall heater is a Monterey Top-Vent Wall Furnace Natural Gas.

The thermostat is a Williams model P322016. The inside (prior to wiring) looks like this.

@sawyerblatz , this thermostat is designed to work with millivolt gas valves. A millivolt system is not compatible with any smart thermostat including the Nest.
