Google Nest Thermostat

Low battery re appears each week after replacing with new batteries.    Unable to connect to wifi due to no

low battery.    Would like to replace a Nest.   My was purchased Nov 21, 2022 from HomeDepot.

Please advise.

How is the Nest wired? Is a C wire installed?
