I've had two Google Nest 2nd Editions for years. Suddenly, one of my two units is warm to the touch and the ambient temperature in the room shows about 10 degrees higher than it actually is. This is causing the AC to run continuously. I've restarted, done a full reset, and I turned the wifi off for 12 hours to determine if it would help - no dice. Any idea on what I could do differently?
