Hi. My Nest is not working, had to replace. An expert from BB came and could not get it working either, so I installed a new one. The question is after spending so much on the 1st one is it possible to get a Google return for $ or credit? The device isn't that old, but past the warranty date. It doesn't seem fair that something designed to save $ at home breaks and is costing me more than I may have paid with a standard thermostat.
