Google case for nest thermostat

Hi, I have an open case for 2 weeks for not having connectivity on my thermostat. I’ve reset it and it still doesn’t find WiFi networks. When can I get this reviewed for warranty?

Yes, it’s 8-1294000034264. 

 

The thermostat has failed at the WiFi portion. Tried again to reset today but it can’t find WiFi networks, not any.
