Google home assistant saying Nest is not set up

I got a new phone recently and have been having problems with my Google home assistant. Now when I ask my Google home assistant to change the temperature on the thermostat it says my thermostat is not set up. But it is

A few questions: what Google Home device are you asking the command to? What Nest Thermostat do you have? You can check this link to confirm what device you have: Nest thermostat technical specifications. Also make sure that you're signed in with the email you used to setup your Thermostat.
