I have the google nest system to manage my central heating across three zones and hot water. One of the thermostats has fallen off the app and I can’t get it to reconnect. Thankfully it still works manually to operate my heat but I can’t operate it remotely or manage the schedule. Ive tried everything listed in other posts and help articles. Switching it off, resetting, removing the unit and charging it. Resetting my wifi etc etc. All to no avail. I would really really appreciate being able to speak to a human for some help to fix this please.

How on earth do you access technical support for the google nest system?! A phone number appears to be non existent. All the troubleshooting advice on the webpage is useless unless it’s a simple problem. Ive now tried posting here to no avail too. Ive paid a lot of money for the Nest system and one of my thermostats has stopped working. Really disappointing!! Can someone please help!!!!

Also, if @David_K ’s pinned post is supposed to help, it doesn’t! I have 3 learning thermostats and two of them are working perfectly. So it’s not a wifi problem. I have tried everything to reset the one that’s not working but it still won’t connect to wifi.

This is just a waste of time isn’t it. There is obviously zero aftersales support for Google Nest.
