Google nest thermostat won’t connect to wifi

It was connected initially, but now can’t. I did unplug.. did an entire enroll new device part. But says reach for help. Please help.

Do you see an error code on the thermostat or in the app? Can you see your Wi-Fi network on the thermostat?
