Google nest thermostat

  • Big problem , cold house!

Two problems:

1. the wiring in our thermostat is not fully connected. The red thread isn’t connected to the thermostat anymore. How to connect it again or any other tips please!!!!

2. we lost one of the small screws that was in the thermostat to connect the green chip/motherboard to the wiring. Where can I find separate screws or parts for this thermostat???

  • Can you please send me a picture of the wiring on the Nest Thermostat?
