H71 ERROR - Thermostat will not connect wirelessly to heat link

Hi

After working without any issues for years since installation I got the dreaded H71 error.

Troubleshooting so far: I have tried every suggestion in the community seen so far including soft restarts (10 sec) and the longer restarts (30 sec) on the heat link where the light flashes blue and tried the Restart heat link where you enter the Heat Link code into the Thermostat and still no joy.  I rebooted the router, left the router switched off while trying the above and still the thermostat will not connect wirelessly to the Heat link.  I have moved the thermostat next to the heat link and tried all the above and still no joy.  I have rebooted the heat link multiple times before entering the heat link code when restarting the heat link but still no joy.  Is there anything else I can try?

You say you have tried everything on the community site? Can you confirm the Heat Link 6 digit code matches the 6 digit code shown at the H71 screen?

Are you wired or wirelss connection or both from Display to Heat Link?
