Since 10 hours ago lost connection between Heat link and Nest and also connection to the App.
Heatlink is not resetting, 10 seconds, or resetting, 20 seconds, to factory code. I do have power (220V) on the heatlink but NO lamps are blinking. Does this mean the Heatlink is defective?
