Heat Link Dead

Hello,

My 3rd generation Nest Heat Link died this morning. How can I get a replacement unit in Ireland?

• Is the entire system powered on?
• Are you seeing any error messages on the display?
• Have you tried pressing the center button on the Heat Link?

Hi Melany,

The system is powered on. There is a connection error message on the display—H72. There are no lights on the Heat Link unit. I tried pressing and holding the center button several times, but nothing happened.
