Heat Link was wired for power with the 240v and thermostat connected to it for the 12V few weeks ago suddenly both don't get any power. Tried to power cycle and left it disconnected for a while but the HeatLink doesn't give any sign of life. Powering the usb port makes the heatlink light yellow but nothing else.
Is there a possibility to replace the broken heatlink? I have had everything for 4 years without a problem, but this happened without any changes or obvious cause.

it is a Nest Learning Thermostat V3
nothing changed in the recent year to electric, heating or plumbing
just one zone

Yes, checked those before and also tried a different outlet on a different breaker, no changes
