Heat Link pairing code

Hi,

We we’re sent a replacement heat link unit from Google following troubleshooting and when I have come to pair it with my existing nest controller, there is no code printed on the heat link enclosure to enter into the nest? Any ideas?

The entry key your looking for should be by the left hand fixing screw, or by the screw holding the front cover.

This is assuming you have a 3rd generation, as you do not state your model!

Thanks for reaching out. @Frustratedddd is right. If you have a 3rd Generation Nest learning thermostat, the pairing key can be found at the bottom of the Heat Link. Let me know if you need any further assistance.
